Political players are making every effort since the general elections for 2022 are less than 20 days away. All four contenders are up against fierce competition now that there are four people qualified to run for the Presidency.
Due to a supposed lack of genuine voter signatures, the High Court had overruled the electoral commission's decision to bar gospel musician Reuben Kigame from running for president.
Additionally, Judge Anthony Mrima ordered the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to include Mr Kigame on the presidential ballot (IEBC).
The judge determined that the IEBC and its chairman Wafula Chebukati—the person in charge of counting the votes for the president—committed a legal mistake by rejecting Mr Kigame.

And in response, yesterday IEBC gave until today for the court to give it's final verdict on Kagame's case.
The verdict will either add the number of presidential candidates to the ballot papers or remain with the four who were cleared earlier by IEBC. Give your view in the comments box.
