According to Kenyans.co.ke , Sirisia MP John Waluke may end up loosing his seat if found guilty in a case facing him in court, the fate of the four-time legislator will be known on October 6 when the High Court delivers its verdict
It alleged that the incumbent MP received KSh 300 million with his business partner Grace Wakhungu from the National Cereals and Produce Board in 2014. After the parties in the case made their final submissions and filed the appeals, the High Court Justice, Esther Maina set October 6 as the judgement day for the case. Should the Court convict the law maker, he may end up loosing his seat.
