Life is important for all of us. But when death strikes one of our colleagues we feel the pain. Today Dagoretti North Member of Parliament Paul Simba Arati has indicated that he has learned about the untimely death of Mr. Thomas Ontweka, an aspirant for the Member of County Assembly seat of Bombaba Ward in Bomachoge Borabu Constituency. Arati went ahead and said that he condemns the heinous, cowardly act and urged the police to ensure that the culprits involved are apprehended to face the full force of law. He sent his condolences to the family and the people of Bombaba Ward and Bomachoge Borabu Constituency at large asking them for patience, restraint, and peaceful campaigns.

In my view, this period of campaigns let every person avoid any form of disturbance when it comes to peace. It will be bad when people are losing their lives even before we reach election day. Let us all advocate for peace.
