The BBI report was done away with by the high court and the court of appeal who claimed that, the bill was unconstitutional and therefore declared null and void. We are still waiting to see the reports proponent uptake after the rule out. I will be informing you once they take another step regardless of the report.
Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen who strongly differed with the report has tweeted that, "BBI Constitutional Amend. Bill 2020 is very good for presidential candidates especially the front runners but very bad for stability of the country. It creates imperial president, unstable executive and expensive governance structure. In the end politicians gain but the people lose." As quoted from his tweeter account.
