Total, Latest and Verified Number of Votes For Presidential Seat

According to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission's official presidential election results, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto are in a close battle (IEBC).

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga leads with 2,288,315 votes, followed by Vice President William Ruto with 2,036,795 votes. There have been around 20,000 votes cast, with 10,000 in favor of Professor George Wajackoyah.

Raila Odinga received around 53% of all officially counted votes, while the vice president received approximately 47%. Of the 6,623,173 registered voters reported thus far, 4,355,279 have been verified as having cast legal votes, while 36,115 have been deemed to be ineligible.
