The Cherera Four Tribunal Case has today kicked off with ex Independent Electoral And Boundaries Comission Chairperson Wafula Chebukati, Commisioners Abdi Guliye and Boya Molu appearing befire Donald B Kipkorir who hereby is the lawyer of the Cherera Four.
In a question by Donald B Kipkorir while he was reffering to the Supreme Court Judgment, Kipkorir asked Ex Commisioner Guliye that the Supreme Court saud that Chebukati had no role of running the Presidential election alone and if Comissioner Abdi Guliye could remember that.
In a response to this, Ex Commisioner Guliye has exposed that that he does not remember that thereby making an observation that Chebukati ran the election alone.
Lawyer Donald Kipkorir :In the Supreme Court Judgment the court unanimously said the chair had no such role of run the presidential election alone, do you remember something like that?. In which Guliye said that he doest remember something like that.
