Deputy president Dr Wiliam Ruto today took his political campaigns to the coastal region of Kenya where he campaigned in Kwale county for his bottom up economic model a head of the August general election.
Ruto who is being been as the king of numbers has once again attracted a huge crowd in the Raila Odinga perceived stronghold on the country as he sell his bottom up economic model to the people of Kwale county.
