The senator for Kakamega County, Boni Khalwale has alleged names of three individuals who wanted to destroy him in the court due to revival of Mumias Sugar Company located in Western region.
According to Senator Khalwale, he has named Dr. Evans Kidero former governor of Nairobi and Professor Ojienda who kept him all the time in court due to his efforts of fighting for revival of the company.
"Dr. Evans Kidero and Prof. Ojienda almost killed me in court because of Mumias Sugar Company." Senator Boni Khalwale said.
The senator although has pushed and fighted for Mumias Sugar Company to come back to life, the efforts which has beared fruits as the company has started manufacturing sugar.
This revival of the company will make more youths from the region to be employed and also enhancing agricultural sector as farmers will grow more sugarcanes to be used as raw material to the industry.
