On Monday, the Wiper party leader hon Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka who is also the former vice president of the republic of Kenya made an exit from Azimio-One Kenya Alliance. Kalonzo made this move after the ODM party leader failed to pick him as his running mate ahead of the august general elections. After making this move, Kalonzo vowed to vie for presidency.
Now, today, Kalonzo Musyoka has been welcomed to DP Ruto's Kenya Kwanza through Musalia Mudavadi's ANC party. As reported by the citizen TV, the ANC party through their secretary general, mr Gikuru welcomed the former vice president to their camp saying that Kenya Kwanza is ready to accommodate him. According to Gikuru, Ruto's camp is ready to admit Kalonzo saying that the coalition's agreement allows them to admit anyone. Gikuru urged Kalonzo to start negations with them.
"We want to welcome Kalonzo into Kenya Kwanza, if you look at our coalition agreement there is a whole clause on inviting new members and we can use that to admit Kalonzo," stated Gikuru.
