Kisumu residents to register as voters"/>
Raila Odinga's Luo Nyanza backyard has been warned against his alleged plans after reports emerged that he was planning to lead country-wide demonstrations against the ouster of the famous IEBC commissioner Cherera 4.
Taking to his Facebook page, Kakamega County Senator Boni Khalwale warned Raila's Nyanza backyard against supporting him in the planned demos. According to Khalwale, Raila has abandoned Nyanza and only rewarded powerful positions at his disposal to his family members.
He gave out an example of Senator Oburu Odinga, Kisumu woman Rep, EALA MP Winnie Odinga, and recently nominated CRA member saying all are Raila's relatives and were awarded the positions courtesy of their relationship.
He said when it comes to demos, Raila wants to use his Nyanza residents but gives out goodies to his close relatives. He said Nyanza residents should save themselves from the riots and probable deaths that could arise.
This comes just days after Khalwale warned Raila against attempts to take his public hearings to Kakamega and leading demos, saying his people are peaceful and grateful for all the powerful positions they have gotten from Ruto's government.
