The Directorate of Criminal Investigations runs a rather active twitter and Facebook pages where it updates and alerts Kenyans on matters security.
Most often, some of their followers have one or two to grieve in each of their posts. Yesterday's update got a twitter user's attention and had to make a remark that didn't go well with the admin of the DCI page.
The user identified as Reverend Wamuhu observed that the DCI was wasting Kenyans taxes in chasing after petty criminals instead of the big money terrorists.
"Find more worthwhile things to do. Chasing after weed smokers is wasting our taxes."
The DCI replied with 'usitufunze kazi', a swahili for don't teach us on what to do.
What is your opinion on the DCI's daily posts on their social media walls?
