Today, Members of parliament attended the National Assembly session to discuss several issues concerning the forthcoming Supplimentary budget. During the session, Suna East constituency member of parliament Junet Mohamed urged the MPs to Reject the Supplimentary budget if the CDF is not included.

The issue of Constituency Development Funds has raised alot concern as others suggest that it should be done away. Section of MPs are fighting for it to be retained citing that the fund supports alot of vulnerable learners in both secondary and tertiary institutions.

According to a video shared by Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) on their twitter account, Junet urged the MPs to be solidarity in opposing the Supplimentary budget in order to push for inclusion of the CDF.
