One of the people who have had a hard time in this new regime is Meru county governor honourable Kawira Mwangaza. Once she fell out with the MCAs, they started planning on how to impeach her. However, looks like it is not only Mwangaza who is having a hard time as a county boss. Another governor has come out and cried foul.
According to People Daily Kiambu county governor honourable Kimani Wamatangi is not a happy county boss. He has alleged that people have already started positioning themselves to put hurdles in his government ahead of 2027 elections. That people want him to work for them but others are on a mission to destruct him.
His sentiments comes after the county assembly unanimously rejected five CEC nominees. They said that the five were not qualified to run the positions that they were nominated in. On a positive note, other five were approved and are now waiting to be sworn in.
