Taking to the social media, the vocal legislator wondered whether the president shortchanged Raila, claiming that he (Uhuru) must play his role of ensuring Raila's victory is safeguarded.
His remarks comes as the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) continues to tally and verify presidential results drew from all constituencies.
At the time of this publication, 180 forms 34B out of the total 291 had been verified by the Commission. From this, Deputy President William Ruto led at 52.46%, followed closely by Raila at 46.87%.
Babu Owino who managed to retain his parliamentary position has been insisting that the IEBC must announce Raila as the winner.
