
The long awaited date for the presidential debate has been unleashed. It was revealed that Mark Masai of NTV, Serfine Achieng’ of KBC, Zubeida Kananu of KTN News and Ayub Abdi of K24 TV named moderators for the Nairobi Gubernatorial debate; Waihiga Mwaura of Citizen TV named Panel Moderator. Presidential, Deputy Presidential and Nairobi Gubernatorial debate are set for discussion on 26th, 19th and 11th of July respectively at the Catholic University for Eastern Africa in Karen, Nairobi.

This debates are for the top positions with Nairobi county joining considering the fact that it is the Capital city of the country. This gives Nairobi gubernatorial seat a higher ranking. The presidential debate will be live in all the Media station and television as it has happened in the past election years. Hon Raila Odinga, Prof George Wajackhoya, David Mwaure and DP William Ruto are yet to confirm their attendance to the debate. However, during a press meeting wit Citizen, NTV, KTN and KBC Raila revealed that in case the debate comes he will join.
