President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto's government has been heavimy criticized ever since he took over the reigns of power from the retired incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta. Trade, Industry and Innovation Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria said that they have deliberately decided to allow the alleged killer GMO products in the country.

According to Citizen TV Kenya, Archbishop Anthony Muheria said that it was disgraceful and disrespectful to Kenyans to joke about life and death. He added that CS Moses Kuria should drop those comments and apologize from Kenyans.
