Mt. Kenya, a region that determines who will become the next President owing to the huge number of votes they carry is now seen to be a huge beneficiary of the Kenya Kwanza and also the Azimio government. Mt Kenya having no main popular Presidential candidate, they have been given the Deputy President slot.
DP Ruto settled for Rigathi Gachagua who comes from Nyeri as Raila Odinga settled for a Kirinyaga daughter, Martha Karua. Now according to Rigathi Gachagua, Mt. Kenya is demanding a 50% share of the DP Ruto's government in the event they end up winning. However for this to be honoured, they need to try their best and give the DP many votes as they can since the share will be determined by the number of votes each region casts in favour of DP Ruto.
To speak the truth, the Kenya Kwanza have already announced that Western wil get the 30% share of the DP Ruto's government and if the Mt Kenya's share demand will be honored, then, it means that the DP Ruto's region will get the least number of share.
