The country is just left with 41 days to the August general elections. As a result, political temperatures have hightened across the country.
Ahead of a much awaited presidential debate, media has just had an interview with Azimio la Umoja candidates Raila Odinga and Martha Karua at Karen where a number of pertinent issues such as ballooning cost of living were discussed.
In the course of the interview, Citizen TV journalist Francis Gachuri asked Iron lady Martha Karua what she would discontinue from the Uhuru - Ruto administration should be she elected and this is what she had to say.
" When I am elected as DP alongside Raila as DP, I will try as much as possible not to expose our differences to the public. The president and his deputy have been blaming each other in public. I believe such differences should be sorted in the boardroom, " Karua said.
Karua said she wouldn't want to inherit that trait from the outgoing Uhuru - Ruto administration.
