Yesterday was a busy day,with all eyes settling on there areas where by-elections were being held; Bonchari in Kisii,Rurii in Nyandarua and Juja in Kiambu.It was at this time that Jubilee party was testing its waters, whether the allegations that they are no longer viable without DP Ruto were true.
And now allies of DP Ruto have celebrated after they won parliamentary seat in Juja and Rurii Ward in Nyandarua county.
Mureya,a UDA candidate in Rurii ward, floored Jubilee candidate Thenji to emerge victorious,in the region largely controlled by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In Bonchari,ODM candidate Pavel Oimeke won the elections, defeating Jubilee candidate Zebedeo and UDA's Teresa Bitutu .ODM and UDA had decried that theire supporters were being threatened and harassed by the police.
In Juja , People's Empowerment Party candidate George Koimburi, has emerged the winner, defeating Jubilee's candidate Susan Njeri.
After the results were announced, Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika, said that the last week had been a bad one for someone,saying that he has been 'on life support' after party lost in Bonchari,Rurii and Juja.
She also said that there is no doubt he is losing the control of Mount Kenya region.She added that deep state and system are just scams.
Kabando wa Kabando,the former MP, praised DP Ruto and UDA party for their good perfomance in the elections.
