After weeks of meeting different leaders from various parties including from the One Kenya's alliance and Chama Cha Kazi party of Kuria, a decision seemed to have reached Hon Martha Karua's way as she formally announced about working with the Azimio coalition.
While being officially received by Rt Hon Raila, Hon Karua stated that together with the NARC party she would support the candidature of Rt Raila in the coming August polls. Soon after a deal was inked, Kitui county governor madam Charity Kaluki Ngilu welcomed Karua, saying a good decision was made.
The long time Raila ally also sent some warm congratulatory message, informing honorable Karua that she'd joined the better and winning side, which had previously walked with her the hard way while struggling to liberate Kenya in the past years, and would continue to fight the corruption menace.Photo courtesy: Kitui county governor madam Charity Kaluki Ngilu.
"My dear Sister Martha Karua, welcome to the Azimio coalition, side that has peoples who've struggled with you in the liberation of kenyans and where corruption will be fought head on a number of times. Welcome to the team which is going to win," shared governor Ngilu.
