The political heat in the country continues to heighten as the election countdown continues to draw nearer with less than 50 days to the August 9th general elections, and all the political aspirants are in a race against time to seek for votes in their quest to form the next government.
Tharaka Nithi senator ,Professor Kithure Kindiki today revealed at Kenya Kwanza Brigade rally, that the incumbent president of the republic of Kenya,Uhuru Kenyatta wanted to transfer his canditature to another person after Justice Maraga nullified the election results and order a repeat of the elections but their competitors then boycotted the election.
Tharaka Nithi senator, Professor Kithure Kindiki further hailed the auditor general for a job well done and said that he hope the other institution like the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) could follow what the auditor general Nancy did,and stop being used by the state to benefit themselves.
