Ahmednasir who is among top lawyers in Kenya and one of Kenya kwanza allies today tweeted on his twitter page that We all know running the foreign Minstry isn't a child's play like shooting "Cobra Squad" videos or promising gullible rural folk that Machakos will be a formula 1 circuit, but I think H.E @WilliamsRuto must rethink his decision to make the Minstry a dept in DP @rigathi's office.
Dr. Mutua, has said that he was overwhelmed by work from foreign missions. Is he having a capacity challenge? The President may ably assign him 'lighter duties'. Past Ministers have ably handled the docket. The changes make MFA merely a storeroom for files.
Mutua doesn't need to be controlled, he is just getting what he deserves, which is bare minimum. He came in last minute, with minimal input and meagre votes. He should count himself lucky that he even has a place at the table.
the government has it's own programs and therefore the authority knows best the workload of every ministry/department. let's not try to reorganize the the government operations to suit our individual aspirations.
