The meeting has witnessed a huge attendance by leaders who are allied to the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya alliance led by Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Amollo Odinga, Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua, Eugine Wamalwa of DAP-K among many more others.

Maina Njenga has recently been involved in a case against the state and it is on record that the directorate of criminal investigations officers had on one time visited his homes in different parts of the country and carried out a thorough search in his homes. Maina Njenga has now alleged that the police had placed two guns his house and bhang and accussed him of owning them, Njenga says that they should have asked more bhang from Roots party leader George Wajackoyah. Njenga now wants Kenyans to be united on Monday as they are going to accompany him to Nakuru DCI offices because his case is not yet over.
