William Ruto have been working well with the president until their fallout immediately they worn their second term. Though his duties were relegated to other senior government officials he has survived all the trials.
Through the Sunday review newspaper, DP Ruto has boxed the president into a tight corner in the following Four ways;
1.Despite having difficult time with the ruling party, He has managed to unite nearly half of the legislators to help him from being ousted.
2.Regular Snubbing of government functions like last week where he missed the devolution conference.
3. Ruto has utilized is time in power to build his politic status to an extent he can vie for presidency without the support of Uhuru Kenyatta.
4.Occupying a big office with huge allowances and on the other hand sabotaging government development agenda by starting early campaigns.
