Former prime minister Raila Odinga had a successful day in Migori where he was welcomed by the residents. He commissioned the opening of a KMTC branch in Awendo before he proceeded to Sony Sugar company for other agendas.
The ODM leader did not fail to update his followers about the success of the day. He posted photos from the tour on his twitter page which were greatly acknowledged by his followers.
"Migori County: Officially opened the KMTC Awendo Campus, inspected the Dede Modern Market, and witnessed the delivery of a Bailout Cheque to Sony Sugar Company. We also engaged our people at Ranen and Uriri towns. We'll continue serving the people. #Inawezekana," Raila tweeted.
However, those opposing him could not keep away as they left hate comments on his timeline. One specific comment attracted the attention of many Kenyans. The commenter criticized the ODM party leader telling him he will not win and should prepare himself for another handshake after Ruto wins next year.
"Jatelo......be prepared for another Handshake🤝," the commenter who went by the name [email protected] said. More comments were as below;
