Nandi senator Samuel Charargei has revealed that the President William Ruto' s loyalists will always get priority in government appointments.
The Nandi senator who is also a close ally of the President has alleged that the President cannot leave behind his loyalists who supported him at the cost of other who did not even vote for him.
There has been speculations that most of the principal secretaries who were recently nominated were from specific regions mostly from Rift Valley and Central regions that the President and deputy president comes from respectively. President William Ruto also recently appointed his allies in key parastatals such as Kenya power and communication authority replacing those who held the positions.
Charargei has further said that the current government is progressing well amid opposition from the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance leaders who have been alleging that the government has failed to fulfill their campaign promises.
Five tangible charges were leveled against the Meru county governor Hon Kawira Mwangaza by the Members of the Meru county assembly. Among the charges as laid across by Meru County MCAs are gross misconduct and abuse of office.
Key City blogger Mr Robert Alai on his twitter page has broken silence speaking on Kawira Mwangaza' s ouster case that is currently in the Senate.
The vocal blogger has supported the move by Meru County MCAs to ouster governor Kawira Mwangaza. According to the vocal blogger, 67 Meru county assembly members can not be wrong to vote for the ouster of the Mount Kenya governor.
Alai has therefore concluded that if the Kenyan Senate reinstates Kawira Mwangaza as the Meru county governor, it will be a rogue Senate. The blogger has further explained that it is rogue for 67 members to see a problem with Kawira Mwangaza but the Senate to see no reason for her removal.
