In a speech delivered today on February 2nd when the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga met tens of ODM MCAs over BBI, the Member of County Assembly representing Kondele Ward of Kisumu County came out to react to chaos that've been witnessed in the past few days.

MCA Oketch said in that address that it's saddening to note that some people have taken advantage of the prevailing peace and started provoking Raila Odinga when they know very well what the former Prime Minister's followers are capable of doing.

"Baba I've a message from Kondele youth because I'm their MCA. We've seen that there are some people who have started joking with you yet we are the only non-gazetted barracks in Kenya.

We have been watching these people and we have seen what they are doing. So I want to call upon those who are in contact with Baba's program that we are ready. We've eaten for three years and we want to come and fight them," he said.

Hours after delivering that bold statement, Dennis Itumbi's who is DP Ruto's spokesperson came out to call upon the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to act swiftly and summon MCA Oketch before things spiraling out of control.
