The Judicial Service Commission interviews have to go on because the hunt for a Chief Justice who understands the interplay of law and politics, dimensions of presidential election petitions has not yet been found. Many Kenyans are eager to see the outcome of the interview of SC Fred Ngatia.
However, Kabando Wa Kabando has resurfaced with new demands. In his remarks he said that there are important questions that need to be answered as the vetting process goes on. He said that, "Important questions @jsckenya interviews for CJ. Since JSC has exemplarily broadcast live, should also publish its template ‘marking scheme’, methodologies, marks given by each panelist to each interviewee. No confidentiality, no hidden votes. Time to raise bar! #JSCinterviews." Will justice and fairness be witnessed in appointing the next Chief Justice? For Murgor he was full of pride and ego. Most of CJ candidates are running away from the questions asked and instead creating their own questions.
