The Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture Mithika Linturi made it known that the government of president William Ruto is determined to make Siaya County extremely productive. The president is of the desire that all leaders must move together in one direction despite their political affiliations.
The Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture wants Kenyans to know that all leaders must move in one direction. Governor James Orengo has announced that president Ruto will be in Siaya County come Saturday to attend the Thanksgiving ceremony of CS Eliud Owalo.
The president will also address himself to the challenges affecting the people of Siaya County. The president will majorly focus on roads and other key issues.
