ANC Leader Hon Musalia Mudavadi has today launched a new tact that will most likely give deputy president Dr William Ruto's bottom-up model a run for their money.
Musalia Mudavadi through the official ANC party Twitter handle has said that his leadership and government will work closely with all players and actors both political and none political. This will go a long way in actualizing formulate in all the counties.
"In the spirit of strengthening and protecting devolution, the @MusaliaMudavadi's govt will work closely with both political and non-political actors to actualize even grassroots development in the 47 devolved units." ANC Party
DP Ruto has been popularizing his bottom-up economic model as a way of appealing to the local citizens as well as penetrate various regions and counties.
