Update On The Provisional Presidential Results From Turkana County As Counting Of The Votes Continue

Angry Kenyans have unitedly denounced Citizen Tv on social media after the release of the Presidential Election Outcome showing who is leading between the second in command Hon William Ruto and Azimio La Umoja One Kenya leader Hon. Raila. They claim that the decision to broadcast the results so soon could cause unneeded unrest and turmoil among Kenyans.

Ruto is ahead of Raila by at least 60% in the counties of Laikipia, Baringo, Bomet and Kericho according to a number of results made available by Citizen Tv through its verified Facebook account in the interim. However, Kenyans were not explicitly informed of the precise locations or rather polling places where the results had been completed.

The decision to purchase the TV station to disclose early results, which is against the law according to many analysts led by Kagwanua and Ambrose Wenda is excellent for transparency and integrity issues.

In Turkana county Raila is leading with 64.02 percent of the vote followed by deputy president Hon William Samoei Ruto with 34.59 percent of the votes. Prof George Wajackoyah is in the third position with 0.29 percent while David Mwaure had 0.17 percent.
