President William Ruto Now Reveals What All Kenyans should Expect During this Year's Jamhuri Day

12th December 2022 is usually a national holiday to mark Jamhuri celebration. It is held to celebrate the day that Kenya gained independence from British empire. During that day, Kenyans engage in feasts, dancing political speeches and parade led by the President.

Today, President William Ruto revealed why this year's Jamhuri day celebrations will be much different from other years when they used to invite political leaders and ambassadors from other countries. According to a post shared by on twitter, the President said, "this year's Jamhuri day celebrations is going to be profiled and themed as the innovation Jamhuri day. Instead of inviting the usual people. I have decided to invite our technology leaders worldwide, from Facebook and Google."

The two companies provide services to various countries in telecommunications in the world. Facebook is dominantly used by nearly 70% of the people in the globe.
