The stiff competition between Jubilee party and United Democratic Alliance alleged to be under the leadership of the deputy president has continued to soar to higher levels .The recently concluded by-elections in which the newly revamped party secured a seat at a zoned perceived to be Uhuru's "bedroom" has kept Kenyans talking. UDA , a party which is barely a year old managed to secure Rurii Ward seat in a hotly contested by-election . UDA's Francis Muraya won by a huge gap securing 4303 votes .

Kipipiri member of parliament ,Amos Kimunya's videos has just resurfaced and caused a stir online .In the video ,the vocal legislator could be heard swearing to resign if Jubilee looses Rurii Ward seat. The ward which is situated in Nyandarua county was perceived to be a Jubilee zone.
