News emerged yesterday evening that Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru was on her way out of the Jubilee party and into DP Ruto's UDA party.
This is after video emerged of the governor exchanging pleasantries with the locals,whom the governor asked if they will elect her for the second term if she uses UDA party.
And now President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to visit Kirinyaga County on October 20th 2021,for Mashujaa Day Celebrations, which will be held in Mwea Constituency,Wang'uru Stadium.
Among those who are expected to attend include Deputy President William Ruto, Raila Odinga and other top government officials.
This comes as differences between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto continues to widen,with the two leaders having not seen each other for months now.
It will be waited to be seen if President Uhuru Kenyatta will once again,invite Raila Odinga to talk to the people like he did in Kisumu during Madaraka Day Celebrations.
