What Aden Duale Did Outside Parliament as Uhuru Walked by His Side After State of the Nation Address

Garissa Township MP Aden Duale was on Tuesday forced to pause his interview with NTV after President Uhuru Kenyatta walked by his side outside parliamentary buildings.

Duale was giving his view on the President's state of the Nation address, when the president walked past where the vocal Tanga Tanga MP was being interviewed.

In his opinion, Duale claimed that the president had 'abused' the Legislative arm of government by making his way to the parliament past the official stipulated time, 2:30pm.

The former Majority leader of the National Assembly added that the eHad of State used the opportunity to criticize the judges who nullified BBI.

"The president went on to attacked the Judiciary and particularly the judges who participated in the judgment, some of them who were in the house when he was giving his address for instance Justice Musinga of the Court of Appeal. We expected the Head of State to take about judiciary killings, the national security, the national debt, why his government is not obeying his court orders so such issues," posed Duale.

While giving his speech, President Kenyatta claimed that the judges made Kenyans suffer '3 losses' expressing his confidence that the amendment of the Constitution through BBI will eventuality take place.
