Democratic Action Party of Kenya has waded into the war of words between His Excellency the Head of State president William Ruto and Raila Odinga.
In their message to the president, the DAP party has noted that they are ready for the Head of State noting they will not allow him to rule with the fist.
"You were given the mandate to govern using the Presidency which is a symbol of national unity but instead of delivering you are held back with Lamentations and wanting to rule with the fist. We are ready for you"

This follows a spat of messages where Raila Odinga also warned the president and his Kenya Kwanza Alliance noting that they will not allow him to introduce laws that are against the rule of law.
In his message to the president, Raila Odinga has declared that they will not relent from standing with the four Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission commissioners who are being targeted by members of Parliament allied to Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance.
