Trouble For Ruto As Intelligence Report Leaks Raila's New Tactics To Counter Him

In the wake of President Ruto's inability to comply with the demands of the Azimio la Umoja coalition, ODM leader Raila has decided to carry out the threat of leading a country-wide mass action against the government.
