Nairobi Governor Sakaja Forced To Speak Blaming Journalists After His Name Went Viral In Fake News

There has been a list of four governors going around and according to the sources that were spreading the news, they listed Sakaja, Kihika, Waiguru and Orengo as the governors who were contesting for the leader of the council of governors . The meeting is supposed to be held next week in four days event at a hotel in Mombasa and Rigathi Gachagua had been given the task of chairing that event. Apparently, it seems like Nairobi governor Johnstone Sakaja is tired of seeing his name being used in spreading fake news all over. This evening, he has been forced to respond and apparently he said that Journalists need to confirms what they are writing before telling Kenyans since spreading fake news is unprofessionalism. He went ahead and said that he has not and will not submit his name in the list of governors who will be contesting for that seat. Sakaja withdrew his name from the allegations and he said that he does not know who will contest. He concluded that the county of Nairobi has a lot of tasks that need 100% dedication and he is not ready to multitask because he does not want divided attention. His focus is only in serving the people of Nairobi alone.
