Eliud Ngugi a constitutional lawyer has come out to explain that the there is no law in the Kenyan constitution that gives the independent electoral and boundaries commission vice chair powers to announce the results.
While on an exclusive interview at tv47 today morning, lawyer Ngugi has revealed that the azimio la umoja one Kenya alliance points which have been raised by its principals are very good and valid, however has told them that the law does not proscribe the vice chair to announce the results whatsoever.

This comes even as the azimio la umoja one Kenya alliance is headed to the supreme court of Kenya to challenge the decision by chairman Wafula Chebukati to announce William Ruto as the president elect.
