IEBC's chief Wafula Chebukati has retained one of the best attorneys in the nation to represent IEBC and take Azimio head-on before the Supreme Court of Kenya. The IEBC Commission has hired the former attorney general Githu Muigai to represent them in their case before the Kenyan supreme court.
Githu Muigai will be in charge of a team of attorneys at the Supreme Court to make sure that zoo compliance measures are implemented.
At the Supreme Court of Kenya, Githu Muigai and Azimio Lawyers will square off once more. It is obvious that the lawyer is also expected to explain to the court how IEBC ended up at the figures where Ruto was declared the winner of the presidential election.
Githu Muigai is a lawyer who, according to his many years of experience in the legal profession, seldom loses a case. Kenyans will be interested in learning how he will present his cases at the supreme court on-site competition.
