Speaking during the 100th International Cooperative Day Celebration at the KICC, the Head of State took a swipe at his Deputy, accusing him of making fake promises while he couldn't deliver on his mandate in the office of the second in command.
Uhuru went ahead and compared Ruto to Munya whom he claimed has delivered more in just 3 years of his tenure as the Minister of Agriculture, compared to the DP who held the office for 8 years.
"Munya came in just 3 years ago and he has transformed Agriculture, what have those who were there for 8 years done?" Posed Uhuru.
Kuria fires back
Responding to the President, the vocal legislator claimed that there is no way the DP would have performed his roles effectively while all his efforts were being barred.
"How did you expect him to perform when your family and cronies stood in the way of every effort to solve Hustlers problems? The ate and slept on the manger. Finish and go home," responded the MP.
