
Ex-Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero appoints Advocate Julie Soweto to lead his petition against Gladys Wanga's election as Homa Bay Governor.
Advocate Soweto has expressed confidence saying she has watertight evidence showing Gladys Wanga rigged the August 9th Election.
" We have confidence the court will overturn Gladys Wanga's election because the evidence I am going to present will shock the world", she said.
Evans Kidero was not satisfied with the defeat by the ODM's Gladys Wanga who won the seat. He has devoted to go to court and challenge her win saying that the election was rigged in favour of the ODM candidate.
Evans Kidero has expressed his faith in the judiciary to act with dignity and justice to nullify Wanga's election as the governor for Homa Bay county. This is a case in which Julie claims to be having a water tight evidence to rubbish the governor's win, this will be soon seen in court.
