Today, one of the Kenya Kwanza coalition principals and Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula has been cleared by IEBC to defend his senate seat. This is is despite the fact that they have a deal with Kenya Kwanza that if they will win, he will have a position and the western region will also have various positions.
Wetangula went ahead to explain why he chose to defend his seat. As reported by the Nation that he is not mean and positions can be given to other people. That now, he can comfortably focus on drumming support for deputy president William Ruto. The gubernatorial aspirant speaker Lusaka will now deal with campaigning for Ruto in Bungoma county.
Wetangula also expressed faith that he will triumph over DAP-K and ODM senatorial candidates. He said that he is happy because Kenya Kwanza has received a warm welcome across the country and he is sure they will win elections.
