New opinion poll conducted by Blogger Robert Alai has shown who would have the Presidential seat suppose it was a two horse race between Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
In the poll, Alfred Mutua's popularity is at 67 percent followed by Kalonzo Musyoka by 33 percent. Reports have indicated that that this is the second time that Alfred Mutua has beaten Kalonzo Musyoka in the polls.
The polls happens just few days after his candidate lost to an Independent candidate Timothy Maneno in Masumba By Elections. The lose led to many discussions in Kenyan Politics with a lot of political analyst suggesting that Kalonzo should just drop his presidential aspirations.
According to blogger Robert Alai who hosted the by elections, it was wise time that the presidential aspirants to use Alfred Mutua as a running mate rather than Kalonzo Musyoka because his popularity has diminished.
