UDA Politician Quits Politics Ahead of The August General Elections

The August elections are taking shape as campaign trail hits the roads across the country. All politicians including independent candidates have already declared their positions and manifestos. However one of the veteran politicians aligned to deputy president has retired from politics despite supporting Ruto's presidential bid. David Sankok, a nominated member of parliament on Jubilee ticket will not be seeking any elective seat nor to be nominated.

According to the legislator, time has come when he should have time to concentrate on his businesses, although he will always continue to fight for people with disabilities, a duty that he has always taken seriously always present on the floor of the house and attending the entire sessions fully.

It must be recalled that early this year, the said mp lost his eldest son over the gun accident at his home. Hence the leader must be undergoing rough time after such loss of one of his own over unclear circumstances.
