The elderly man appears to be people's favourite in continouing race for position of the head of judiciary. This is drawn from the fact that he has a sharp legal mind having being in the field for very many years. He even represented the current president when the presidential elections were nullified by the former Supreme court judge , David Maraga.
His no-nonense approach in handling judicial matters places him at a high rank compared to his fellow contestants.Among them are Philip Murgor who is a former director of public prosecution , DPP. His reign was relatively good as he managed to handle high profile cases .This shows that ,was he to be given the job he would perform diligently .
Professor Patricia also is in the race for the position. Her job as a law teacher clearly shows that she has a wide understanding of the law having taught for quite a number of years. This puts her as one of the frontrunners for the position.
