The former Prime Minister and the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya alliance flagbearer Raila Amollo Odinga today in Kisumu has announced that there will be a countrywide meeting with the people.
The meeting's main agenda is to discuss the fate of the four dissenting commissioners of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. He has directed that the meeting is set to begin in the major cities of Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu, and Mombasa among other towns. 
On the 30th day of November 2022, Raila announced that there will be a meeting at Kamukunji grounds to get People's feelings on the ouster plot by the United Democratic Alliance party MPs on the four commissioners.
Raila Odinga maintains a strict stance on the innocence of the officers in question. He blasted the President's move to get them out of office through his proxies in Parliament. 
He accused Ruto of selfish interest in the plan to rig the next general elections scheduled for 2027. 
Raila's Call for countrywide meetings have sparked reactions from Kenyans.
