Fresh details have energed that the presidential candidate for Azimio La Umoja-OKA Hon Raila Odinga could be forced to revoke Azimio La Umoja-OKA as two people sued the coalition. In their argument, the two Mombasa voters said that Raila needs to revoke Azimio La Umoja-OKA as they maintained that the coalition was formed unconstitutionally. The voters wants Hon Raila to revoke the grand Azimio La Umoja-OKA coalition. The voters also alleged that Azimio did not have a clear agreement.
They claimed that the party is an entity, unconstitutional and that the agreement signed does not suit the interest of the people it serves. If this is proven right by the court, Azimio La Umoja-OKA presidential candidate Hon Raila Odinga will be forced to revoke his coalition. The fate of Azimio lies in the hands if the judges since the two voters allegedly took the matter to court where hearing and ruling will be done. If the court rules in the side of the two Mombasa voters, Raila will have no choice but just to revoke Azimio La Umoja-OKA.
