The president while addressing section of Mathare residents is heard promising never to leave power to corrupt person come 2022.
The president further spoke harshly saying he will also not relinquish power to a person who will harass Kenyans during his reign.
This statement has not been well received well by deputy president Dr William Samoei Ruto camp who have seemingly seen the attacks as being directed to their leader.
Senator Omanga who happens to be deputy president close ally has also reacted at president Uhuru Kenyatta remarks.
According to the Jubilee legislator the president was now playing petty politics as his term end nears.
She warned the president not to look down on others because he was in a powerful position
"Those who live in glasshouses should not throw stones. The president should be reminded this daily" Omanga tweeted.
