UDA nominations are happening today. The exercise will take place across major UDA strongholds. That is Rift Valley and Central Kenya. There are some positions and counties likely to experience very stiff competition. They are as follows;
No consensus was reached here. The race will be between former Governor Waititu, Thika town lawmaker Wainaina Patrick and senator Kimani Wamatangi.
The race is between former CS Charles Keter, deputy governor Lily Ngok and Dr Eric Mutai alias Koti moja. This one is tough to put a name onto who will win.
3.Uasin Gishu Governor
The race has attracted over five aspirants. Some of the frontrunners however are Sarah Serem, formerly of SRC, Soy lawmaker Caleb Kosittany, Jonathan Chelilim alias Koti Moja and ambassador Julius Bitok. This is Ruto's home county.
MP Alex Kosgey will be battling it out against Ruto man Cherargei, however Kosgey's development record speaks for itself.
The race is between John Mosonik and Hillary Barchok.
